Richard has practiced law in Texas since 1999, and served as counsel to public (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ, and OTC) and private businesses, along with serial entrepreneurs. He possesses skills necessary to communicate effectively with clients and ushers them through complex and challenging deals and disputes.
